Pastor Jim Wolfcale is the founding pastor of 316 Church.  He was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. Jim met his wife, Shelly, while they were both attending Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.  They have been married since 1984 and have two children, Aaron and Kelli Jo.  In 1984 Jim graduated from BBC with a Bachelor's degree in Church Education and has since served churches in Maryland, Ohio, and Virginia.

Jim's passion for life comes from Matthew 22:37 where we are commanded to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind and to love our neighbors as we love ourselves.  Jim's life mission is to help people find God and experience His love and forgiveness.  He believes very strongly that the local church is the main catalyst for bringing godly change to our world.

You will enjoy Jim's clear teaching from the Bible.  He speaks with conviction and his messages are filled with God's love and hope.  You won't leave any of Jim's messages without being challenged to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
